In this spirited DeMille adventure film, Gary Cooper plays Dusty Rivers, a Texas Ranger who has gone up to Canada to capture a fugitive murderer. There he runs into an uprising of Indians and half-breeds which is being led by that murderer in an attempt to massacre the Mounties and plunge Canada into a state of virtual civil war.
