Danny
DeVito, Gregory Peck
Warner
Bros.; Directed by Norman Jewison
Rated
R; 97 minutes; 1991
A very funny comedy about some very
serious business! Danny DeVito hones his comedic talents to a fine edge in his
role as a Wall Street corporate raider whose battle to take over a small
company turns into a no-holds-barred slugfest where everything is negotiable
and anything is possible. Academy Award winner Gregory Peck, Piper Laurie and
Penelope Ann Miller also star in this comedic and dramatic tale adapted from
the long-running Off-Broadway hit by Academy Award winner Alvin Sargent and
directed by acclaimed filmmaker Norman Jewison.
