A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT

Brad Pitt, Craig Sheffer, Tom Skerrit, Emily Lloyd

Columbia Pictures; Directed by Robert Redford

Rated PG-13; 123 minutes; 1992

The story is set in Montana between 1920 and 1925, about two brothers, their Reverend father and the river that in many ways shapes their lives. The story uses fly fishing both as a metaphor and meeting ground - combining science, sport, religion, art, and sometimes a quest for the mysterious grace that they all share.
