Set in Rio de Janeiro in 1969, a group of revolutionaries kidnap the American Ambassador (Alan Arkin) to protest the dictatorship in their country. In exchange for the Ambassador’s freedom, the revolutionaries demand the release of 15 political prisoners. Based on a true story.
