Francie lives with his manic, suicidal mother and his violent, alcoholic father in a rural Irish town. As Francie grows up, his boyish fantasies of childhood turn to paranoia and his behavior becomes more bizarre and erratic, until he finally becomes a psychopathic killer in this black comedy.
