Sonny Koufax (Adam Sandler) has spent his whole life avoiding responsibility. When his girlfriend orders him to grow up, Sonny adopts a six-year-old boy to impress her. What follows is a comical look at what it takes to be an adult and a father. But Sonny’s girlfriend is not impressed, and he can't return the little bundle of joy.
