This urban drama focuses on the collision of black and white cultures when a group of white New York teenagers become obsessed with black Harlem hip-hop culture. Charlie, an upper-class white girl soon becomes involved with Rich, a powerful black "businessman." Intrigued by the mix of the two cultures, a documentary team attempts to capture the story on film.
