The planet is on the brink of World War III when terrorists assassinate a Chinese ambassador and frame an international security expert named Shaw (Wesley Snipes) for the crime. Sought out by former allies and in fear for his life, Shaw is forced into hiding. When terrorists then go after the United Nations, it is up to Shaw to stop them in this white-knuckle thriller.
