Evil sorceress Yzma (Eartha Kitt) transforms arrogant Emperor Kuzco (David Spade) into a llama and seizes his mythical South American kingdom. Pacha (John Goodman), a peasant in a small village that Kuzco had planned to turn into a water park, agrees to help Kuzco find an antidote and regain his throne only if the Kuzco spares Pacha's village in this fantasy comedy.
