Vincent Lamarca is an
NYPD Detective who started out in life
by experiencing his father conviction and eventual execution murder and
kidnapping in Sing-Sing Prison. Vince grew up to become a homicide cop and
finds himself investigating a brutal stabbing death of a petty thief and
drug dealer. All signs point to a
junkie nicknamed "Joey Nova" who lives in a rundown part of long Beach,
Long Island. In a twist that makes his
life come full circle in a painful way as he finds out that "Joey Nova" is actually his own
estranged son from a prior marriage.
Vince finds himself torn between his loyalty to the police force and his
loyalty to his own son.
