In
1920’s Munich a Jewish gallery owner named Max develops a friendship with a
young, penniless art student named Adolf Hitler. The two try to understand each other’s ideologies while Max helps
Adolf develop his skills. Friends of
Max try to warn him about Adolf’s dark side but to Max he is just a struggling
artist. This story is a fascinating
look into how a poor and somewhat pathetic art student transformed into the
most reviled and evil man of all time.
