Based on the novel by Stephen King, four friends are forever changed when they perform heroic act in their youth. These young men bring the baggage of their troubled childhoods with them to a hunting trip in Maine. They are beset by a storm but also by an even more dangerous force of evil spoken of by a stranger who stumbles across their camp. The group must once again bond together to fight an alien force that has the power to take over the world.
