Dave Buznik (Sandler) is a shy businessman who is wrongly sent to an anger management program. There he has the unfortunate luck to run into ultra-aggressive counselor Buddy Rydell (Nicholson) who takes his job much too seriously and eventually bully’s his way into every aspect of Dave’s life.
