This biopic of American composer Cole Porter takes a look back on his life as if it occurred like one of his spectacular stage shows. The people in his life become the actors on stage. Thought Porter was homosexual, it is believed that his beautiful love songs were inspired by his wife and are interspersed throughout the film.
