| Gianni abandoned
his handicapped son, Paolo, when he was born. Now, fifteen years later,
guilt-stricken Gianni is ready to meet Paolo and start over. Gianni accompanies
Paolo to a Berlin hospital where Gianni comes face to face with his son’s
terrible suffering. Gianni finds encouragement from another parent with
a disabled child, but is it enough to reconcile his difficult relationship
