When young Billy is kept in his attic by his mother he eventually cracks and comes down and murders her and her new family. When a group of sorority girls move into Billys old house they find themselves being harassed by threatening phone-calls during Christmas Break and as one of the girls goes missing, the girls begin being murdered one by one by no other than Billy.
