After a difficult job in London, two hit-men are ordered by their boss, Harry, to cool their heels in Bruges, Belgium. Very much out of their comfort zones, the men start living the lives of the local tourists and find themselves in weird encounters with locals, tourists, violent medieval art and a dwarf American actor in this comedy.
