Filmmakers plan to follow undercover animal activist "Pete," responsible for shutting down the US' largest illegal dog dealer as followed in the HBO documentary "Dealing Dogs." He now turns his attention to the illegal practices in the $625 million business of breeding puppies. Equipped with hidden cameras, Pete will infiltrate the nation's worst puppy mills, places where dogs are mass-bred to meet the needs of pet stores and where the dogs are often illegally maltreated and over bred.
